Townscape Architects obtained planning consent in 2014 for the extension and remodel of the pair of former workers cottages. The dramatic alterations have completely transformed the properties beyond all recognition and have significantly improved the local street scene.
The floor space has been maximised by pushing additional living accommodation into the roof to create two additional en suite bedrooms. At ground floor a large extension creates additional reception rooms and a large family room / kitchen. The whole development is in keeping with the surroundings and is completed to the highest of standards.
