Townscape Architects have obtained planning consent for the conversion of Pineheath into 12 Luxury apartments. We worked with the planning department to secure a positive outcome for this historic local landmark. This high-quality residential development will see Pineheath’s iconic facade restored and preserved for posterity.

Construction commencing next year

We are currently finalising plans that will see construction commence next year with occupation of the apartments in 2018. The development is set to become one of the most prestigious on the Duchy Estate with twelve apartments benefiting from luxurious gardens and surroundings as well as a residents library, billiard room and gym.
