Otley Terrace Refurb

A full refurbishment of two adjoining Victorian terraced houses to create a family home that
retains period features and introduces a new kitchen and bathrooms with a contemporary twist. The biggest challenge in combining two properties is to ensure that the spaces flow efficiently. For this reason the client wished for the building to be completely redesigned. The refurbishment also included improving insulation levels above current building regulations and introducing energy saving features. Reclaimed doors, floors and materials were used where possible to help restore the buildings character. The results, a large family home, with a light airy feel and flow.
