Townscape Architects worked with Faye and Lesley to help them design and construct a fabulous modern eco house in Chapel Allerton, North Leeds. The design is extremely flexible and will allow them to live in the house throughout their retirement. Reception rooms have the flexibility to be adapted into ground floor bedrooms with walk in wet rooms. The living areas are all located to the rear of the house, with sliding doors to give flexibility and provides a fantastic entertaining space that leads through to an outdoor terrace. The house is super insulated and air tight to give an energy rating of A. Externally the house is finished with crisp white render, cedar board and blue bricks. A living green roof to the rear adds to the sustainability.
