Bramhope: Remodel and Extension
Townscape provided a full architectural service from start to finish, including overseeing the construction phase.
A multi generational family home has been created by Townscape Architects in Bramhope, Leeds. Challenges of a sloping site were overcome to deliver a striking four Bedroom home over four storeys. The house has many features including stepped balconies and terraces that look towards Harrogate and Almscliffe Crag.
The ground floor provides large light and airy spaces for entertaining and a grand sweeping staircase cascades through a double-height gallery space to connect the basement and upper floors. A games room and gym is located in the basement and opens out into the lower level covered garden area. During the course of the build the entire fabric, electrical and heating systems were upgraded as to become a cutting edge and comfortable home.
